The inaugural Florida Polytechnic University Phoenix Lacrosse Team would like to formally invite you to our season opener, the Purple and White Game! This game is a scrimmage against ourselves to showcase the abilities of our team and create a new sense of athletic pride in Florida Poly.  

We, as students, would love to see you out there showing your support. We can’t thank you enough for all you have taught us and we hope we can put on a great show for you on Friday night!

• When: Friday, Feb. 19
• Time: 6-7 p.m.

Arrive early to enjoy activities prior to the game, stay for halftime for a performance by the Florida Poly Band, and interactive challenges led by our recreation staff.
– Wear purple or your favorite Florida Poly gear to the game
– Bring your own lawn chair and a picnic-type dinner. Limited snacks and treats will be available at the game.

Everyone attending is asked to wear a face covering throughout the game and connecting events. Face coverings can be removed when stationary, and eating or drinking. Please be cognizant of eating/drinking around others.

If you plan to bring your family, great! We ask families to navigate the event in family pods, consciously considering the CDC-recommended six feet of distance between people.
