The Department of Human Resources will offer training for managers and supervisors to discuss the annual evaluation process. Performance evaluations provide an opportunity for managers and employees to openly and constructively discuss performance expectations, goals, and career aspirations in a positive and engaged manner. Enhance your familiarity with the evaluation process, learn how to set SMART goals, gain insight into common evaluative errors, and discuss the potential ramifications that may occur when evaluations do not accurately reflect one’s performance and contributions. Two sessions will be available on Microsoft Teams as follows:

• Wednesday, April 27 from 11 a.m. to noon
• Friday, April 29 from 11 a.m. to noon
