These invaluable training opportunities are held in the Wellness Center, room 1146, from 12-1 p.m., and are delivered in a brown bag Lunch & Learn Format.

Individuals who exhibit higher degrees of professionalism are typically viewed in higher regard by those they work with. Learn the characteristics and behaviors that define professionalism and how to take your professionalism to the next level. Hint: It has nothing to do with your degree, your title, or how many people you supervise.

How do you have career conversations with those you supervise to motivate them to want to do better? Help your team deliver their best performance with some simple strategies.

The dos and don’ts of working in a public institution. What are your responsibilities as a public employee? Knowing what you can and cannot do is important for the protection of both you and the University.
