The Office of Student Business Services will now manage University main line incoming telephone calls Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Calls to 863-583-9050 will be answered by an expert member of the SBS Team providing premier customer service to University’s guests, faculty, students, and staff.
Student Business Services will be reaching out to each department in upcoming weeks to discuss any specific needs when transferring their calls.
