PhoenixPrint – Thursday, June 24, 8 p.m.–midnight 

On Thursday, June 24, from 8 p.m. to midnight, Technology Services will be applying updates to the PhoenixPrint system and performing maintenance to the single sign-on (SSO). The PhoenixPrint web portal and printing/releasing print jobs may be unavailable at times during the maintenance. 

During portions of the maintenance period, print jobs cannot be released on copiers and printers.  

Jobs printed from Windows or Mac computers will be held in the local queue until the maintenance has been completed.  

Jobs may be emailed to PhoenixPrint using printcolor@floridapoly.edu or printbw@floridapoly.edu during the maintenance period, but may not be able to be released until after maintenance has been completed.  

All unreleased print jobs are held for 25 hours before being removed from the system. 

Apps – Wednesday, June 30, 8 p.m.–11 p.m. 

On Wednesday, June 30, from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m., Technology Services will be performing maintenance on SQL servers used by the App Streaming system. During this time, the App Streaming system (apps.floridapoly.edu) may experience intermittent outages, causing new connection attempts to fail. 

During the maintenance period, the system can continue to be used, but be sure to save any open work often.
