On Thursday, July 15, from 8-11 p.m., Technology Services will be performing maintenance to the single sign-on (SSO) for PhoenixPrint. The PhoenixPrint web portal and printing/releasing print jobs may be unavailable at times during the maintenance.
During portions of the maintenance period, print jobs cannot be released on copiers and printers. Jobs printed from Windows or Mac computers will be held in the local queue until the maintenance has been completed.
All unreleased print jobs are held for twenty-five hours before being removed from the system.
