You are not alone! Join the Peer Health Educators (PhEs) for a discussion on living with anxiety, mental fitness, and resiliency. Every month during spring 2022, the PhEs will be hosting space to talk about various health and wellness topics.
For April, the topic is living with anxiety and depression. The PhEs will be sharing their stories about core beliefs, social support, and layers of thinking. As always, this is a space for students to share their stories about health, stress, or whatever is on their minds.
