You are not alone! Join the Peer Health Educators (PhEs) for a discussion on mental fitness and resiliency. Every month during the spring semester, the PhEs host a space to talk about various health and wellness topics.
For March, the topic is strengthening relationships with others. The PhEs will share their stories about problem-solving, managing anger, and avoiding drama. As always, this is a space for students to share their stories about health, stress, or whatever is on their minds.
