Welcome to the inaugural edition of the Weekly Phoenix, your regular source of important Florida Poly information emailed directly to the university community each Wednesday by 10 a.m. This new process of sharing communication is aimed at reducing the number of emails currently sent to the campus community via the “Florida Poly All” and/or “All Students” email lists.

The Weekly Phoenix consists of two weekly eblasts (one for faculty/staff and one for students.) All Florida Poly employees will automatically receive the Weekly Phoenix–Faculty/Staff Edition while all students will receive the Weekly Phoenix–Student Edition. Faculty/Staff will have the option to opt-in to receive the student edition.

The goal of the Weekly Phoenix is to create a single source of “need to know” information that will be distributed on a regular basis.
