The Art and Mystery of Mastering Employee Feedback: How to Get the Most from this Appraisal Season, is a new course offering from the Office of Human Resources. This class will provide managers and supervisors with a new sense of awareness, insight, and appreciation for their roles as leaders and the not-so-obvious impact of the annual appraisal process of employees.

Managers and supervisors will gain a fresh perspective on how to motivate employees, improve team dynamics and results, and best practices for having difficult and challenging conversations (i.e., obtaining the desired outcomes from those communications).
