Update your office location in Workday

This notice appeared in the Weekly Phoenix between October 13, 2020 and October 26, 2020.

In order to present current, up-to-date directory information on the Florida Polytechnic University website, we will be soon be launching a task to your Workday inbox for each applicable employee to review and update your work space (office) location. After this initial verification, you will receive a similar notification annually to verify your work space location and make any changes that may be necessary.

For step-by-step instructions and visual aids, please refer to the following Job Aid that can be located through the ‘Workday Job Aids’ worklet: General – How to Update Employee Work Space v2020R2.1.

Note: Remote users will need to be connected to VPN to see the Job Aid.
