In order to present current, up-to-date directory information on the Florida Polytechnic University website, the new field  “Directory Organization” has been added to Workday. In addition to identifying the cost center, fund, program code, and CIP code when completing the “Assign Organization” or “Change Organization Assignment” tasks, you will also enter Directory Organization.

The primary purpose of the Directory Organization field is to maintain the organizational structure depicted on the website and potentially in other public directories. Your updates through these important tasks will ensure that our departments and staffing are accurately and appropriately reflected, internally and to the public.
