An enhancement has been made to the “Verification of Foundation Hours” task in Workday to assist the Foundation with monitoring University employee effort that specifically supports the Foundation. Employees will now be required to include a reason in the “comment” field when inputting Foundation hours. If “comment” is left blank, the following message will display:
In the “comment” field just below unit of time, please specify what task(s) or project(s) you performed for the benefit of the Foundation.
To resolve the error, simply enter a description of your efforts.
