Florida Polytechnic University is required by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to provide each employee with a W-2 form each calendar year. The W-2 form provides the employee’s compensation and tax withholding amounts for the year. Please be aware that the home address you have entered in Workday will be the address printed in Box “e” on your W-2. To review and edit your home address, refer to General – Verify Address Job Aid.

 Act Now – Avoid receiving your W-2 in the mail: Keep your personal information secure and minimize the possibility of tax-related identify theft. To avoid having your 2019 W-2 form mailed by the Payroll Office, refer to the Payroll – W-2 Delivery Options Job Aid.

Print your on W-2: Starting mid-January, all employees will have access to view, print, and save their 2019 W-2 form directly from Workday. For instructions, refer to the Payroll – W-2 Print Options Job Aid.
