Florida Poly is excited to welcome two new Associate and Assistant Vice Presidents.

Iliana Ricelli is our new Associate Vice President of Human Resources. Iliana has more than 25 years of experience in human resources (HR) at higher education institutions at both public and private colleges and universities and holds both SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications. Her career includes leadership roles in recruitment, compensation administration, training and development, employee relations, and benefits administration. As an adjunct professor, she has taught courses in human resources management, compensation administration, and performance management. Iliana served most recently as Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Southwest Tennessee Community College in Memphis, Tennessee. Iliana joins us on Monday, Feb. 24.

Penney Farley is our new Assistant Vice President/Controller. Penney is a CPA with 32 years of accounting experience. She spent 18 years in public accounting and the last 14 years at higher education institutions, both public and private. Her higher education career includes leadership roles in finance and administration as well as auxiliary services. Penney served Delaware State University as the Associate Vice President of Finance & Administration and Washington College as the Assistant Vice President and Controller. Penney joins us Monday, Feb. 24.
