When using the expense item subscriptions on expense reports or spend authorizations, Workday users will now be required to disclose if the subscription will automatically renew and provide the renewal date. Subscriptions involve goods/services in which a monthly charge is incurred. Some subscriptions may automatically renew on a yearly basis (examples include: Netflix, Amazon Prime, Memberships).
Any purchase in this category must have Procurement approval before incurring expense, and the exception form must be included in this expense report.
