The Student Development Center is sponsoring a workout in the Oak Grove on Thursday, Oct. 8 at 7 p.m., as part of a weeklong series of events focused on mental health.

The mind and body are connected and influence each other. This is why some find deep breathing, yoga, strength workouts, walking, biking, and hiking to have positive effects on their mental and physical wellbeing.
