January is Mental Wellness Awareness Month and Campus Health and Wellness together with the Student Development Center (SDC) will be sponsoring a free yoga class on Wednesday, Jan. 25 from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at the multipurpose room in the SDC. All students, staff, and faculty are invited to participate.
Completing a yoga class can help develop breath and strength of mind and body. It can also help you focus on the present moment, increase energy and vitality, improve respiration and athletic performance, and provide cardiovascular benefits.
