ITS Enterprise Solutions is pleased to announce that the Workday 2026R2 release is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 19.
This release includes backend improvements designed to enhance system performance, along with a refreshed, more modern Workday experience. Users will notice the most visible changes on these pages: Home, My Tasks, Notifications and Worker Profile.
What’s New
- Home: The home page now features an evenly spaced two-column layout. Widgets will automatically appear based on their configured priority, replacing the previous static page sections.
- My Tasks and Notifications: The My Tasks and Notifications pages have a cleaner, more modern design that makes information easier to scan.
- Worker Profile: This page has received several updates.

- A new profile header displaying location and contact information.
- A collapsible side menu for easier navigation.
- A Private tab for personal information, including pay, time off and benefits.
- A Public tab showing how your profile appears to others.
- View before and after examples.
- Visual improvements: Workday has a refreshed look and feel across areas such as My Tasks and prompts, including:
- Rounded corners on windows, cards, buttons and menus.
- Updated active, hover and focus states.
- Updated font sizes and weights.
- Refreshed icons.
- View before and after examples.
